Welcome to this digital version of the Cheltenham Ladies’ College magazine. This was made possible by funding from the Guild (former pupils’ association) as a 160th birthday present to College.

This important record series began in 1880 and continues to the present day. In particular, the early volumes include much detail about the organisation and history of the College and buildings, additions and tributes to the highly qualified teaching staff, as well as details of the academic and sporting achievements of individual pupils. Each issue of the magazine has been scanned page by page and the text put into a searchable database.

You can browse magazines in date order or you can search by entering some text and if possible giving a date range. You can also open a specific magazine and use the acrobat search functionality to look for specific text in it. The database is free to use for all former and current pupils. The user name and password can be found on the member resources page of the Guild website. If you cannot access this, please contact the Alumnae Relations officer, Caroline Harris on guild@cheltladiescollege.org

This facility is also open to the public for a small charge. Please contact the College Archivist, Rachel Roberts on robertsr@cheltladiescollege.org for further details.

We hope that you enjoy using this resource.
